Recently, Ditel had the privilege of successfully installing our V60 Maritime VSAT on a leisure boat. The vessel is a leisure boat, operating mainly in Asian waters. It measures 15 meters in length and 4 meters in width - a compact size that necessitates a compact solution.
 
Ditel V60 features a dish diameter of 65cm, operating in the Ku-band. Its compact size and lightweight design make it perfect for smaller vessels with space constraints. Despite its small size, the V60 is a 2-axis stabilized, 3-axis auto-tracking antenna system that offers superior tracking performance, courtesy of Ditel's 5 patents.
 
Ditel V60 was chosen for its affordable price, excellent performance under Asian satellite coverage, and compact design. Its efficient tracking performance with a 65cm dish sets it apart from competitors, which require at least a 90cm dish. Moreover, the V60's compact design makes it extremely suitable for small vessels, like the leisure boat in this case, as it does not take up much space, leaving ample room for other critical equipment and functionalities.
